Exceptions

In rare cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, EDÉN may, after review and approval, offer a store credit or replacement. Cash refunds are not provided.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal by the recipient, failed delivery attempts, or local delivery restrictions (including hotels), the order will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may request reshipment at their own expense or receive store credit for the item value, excluding shipping costs.
