Before Washing

• Turn garments inside out to protect color and fabric.

• Remove removable pads from sports bras.

• Wash activewear separately from heavy or rough fabrics.

Washing

• Use a mild or sports-specific detergent.

• Wash on a gentle or delicate cycle in cold water.

• Do not use fabric softener or scent beads.

• For odors, soak in cold water with a small amount of white vinegar, then rewash.

After Washing

• Air dry whenever possible; avoid the dryer.

• Lay flat to prevent stretching.

• Avoid ironing. If necessary, iron inside out on the lowest setting.
